Service agreement for Great Plains Technology Solutions, LLC.
By engaging Great Plains Technology Solutions, LLC, you authorize us to deliver the services and products described in your written quote, statement of work, or service agreement — including managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, and custom software. Any work outside that scope must be approved in writing.
To do our job well, the client agrees to provide timely access to relevant systems, accounts, software licenses, and points of contact. Great Plains Technology Solutions, LLC is not responsible for delays, data loss, or downtime caused by missing access, outdated equipment, or third-party outages outside our control.
Great Plains Technology Solutions, LLC bills based on agreed monthly service plans, project quotes, or hourly rates. Hardware, software licenses, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately. Invoices are due according to the terms stated on each invoice; overdue balances may pause non-emergency services until resolved.
Either party may end a service agreement in writing per the notice period stated in the contract. Great Plains Technology Solutions, LLC reserves the right to update tools, vendors, and technical approaches as needed to keep client systems secure, supported, and up to date.
